Summary
Client Advisor - Visual Expert responsible for building luxury client relationships and achieving sales targets while maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards at the Las Vegas Crystals location. The role partners with the corporate VM team, manages in-store visual needs, and supports store operations including inventory and shipping.
Responsibilities
- Meet or surpass monthly and annual sales objectives and individual KPI targets
- Deliver personalized high-end customer service and build enduring client relationships
- Utilize CRM tools to record customer data and manage an accurate client book
- Partner with Visual Merchandising team to implement floor changes and ensure VM standards
- Create and maintain window and interior displays and adapt VM to store architecture
- Support in-store events, windows, pop ups, installations and special projects
- Oversee sales floor and stockroom organization and general store housekeeping
- Assist with shipping, receiving and inventory control as requested
- Provide biweekly reporting to line manager and VM team
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment
- Proven experience as a visual merchandiser and crafting windows and interior displays
- History of exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Strong communication, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to work nights, overnights and a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Team oriented with coaching and training capability
- Adaptable to fast paced retail environment and varying customer needs
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus
