Creative Visual Merchandiser responsible for presenting current fashion trends through compelling in store aesthetics and displays. Partner with department managers to maintain and teach visual standards and customize presentations to store needs. Install and remove trim and window presentations and support store lighting and promotional event setups. Schedule varies based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
• Partner with department managers to uphold teach and maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising signing and implementation of directional plans at the store level
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for promotional events
• Support execution of the in store lighting program
• Customize visual presentations appropriate to the store
• Work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic construction skills for building and assembling visual props preferred
• Ability to use ladders drills box knives and other tools
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
