Visual Merchandiser - Southwest

The Gucci Visual Merchandiser – Southwest, based in Los Angeles, California, is responsible for overseeing visual merchandising for retail stores in the Southwest, focusing on the Los Angeles Metro area. The role involves managing visual directives and standards for interior merchandising and windows, as well as in-store special events, to drive business performance.

• Create and execute visual presentations to enhance client experience and maximize sales.
• Provide strategic guidance and directives to store teams for promoting product sales through visual merchandising.
• Analyze selling reports and data to respond to business needs at national and store levels.
• Train and coach store teams on visual standards and best practices.
• Develop visual merchandising zoning plans and mock-up presentations for stores.
• Communicate visual updates and recaps from store visits with regional partners and headquarters.
• Adhere to travel needs and budget provided by the regional manager.

• 3+ years of visual merchandising experience with a multi-store scope preferred.
• Flexibility with work hours and ability to meet urgent deadlines.
• Availability for ad hoc travel and overnight work as needed.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and basic photography skills.
• Open to regular travel within the market to support the visual team.
