Visual Merchandiser

Summary

On-site Visual Merchandiser responsible for designing and executing seasonal in-store displays that reflect global brand standards. Collaborate with store teams and corporate visual leadership to ensure cohesive presentation and customer experience. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and planogram compliance across assigned New York locations.

Responsibilities

• Create and install seasonal window and floor displays, props, and signage per brand guidelines.
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and installation plans for merchandising campaigns.
• Audit store visuals, ensure planogram adherence, and provide corrective action guidance.
• Coordinate with store management, operations, and corporate teams to schedule installs and resource needs.
• Manage inventory of visual assets, props, and materials; recommend replenishment and repairs.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail visual merchandising or display experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong creative design sense, attention to detail, and ability to execute installations on-site.
• Proficiency with visual presentation tools, hand tools, and basic set construction.
• Excellent communication, project coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move displays and work flexible hours for installations.
