Summary

The Visual Merchandising Associate maintains visual merchandising standards and brand image at the Fifth Avenue boutique. The role brings seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, rotations, and business priorities to life through precise in-store execution while supporting sales and client experience. The associate partners with store leadership and corporate visual merchandising teams and contributes feedback on visual opportunities and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and seasonal campaigns.
• Support product rotations, storytelling, and key business priorities through precise visual presentation.
• Partner with store leadership and corporate visual merchandising teams to align visual standards across the boutique.
• Provide training and feedback on visual opportunities, competitor activity, and market needs.
• Support special projects, events, and regional initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
• Hands-on experience executing visual merchandising in a store environment; flagship or high-volume experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness and influence without direct authority.
• Client-centric, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with retail systems, reporting tools, PowerPoint, and mobile photo editing.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
