Summary

The Visual Merchandising Associate is a part-time in-store role responsible for ensuring the consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories. The role supports business strategy and enhances the client experience through window installations, interior displays, event preparation, and ongoing visual maintenance while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and install window displays and interior merchandising implementations
• Prepare store zoning and support visual aspects of events
• Perform day-to-day visual maintenance checks and uphold general brand standards
• Collaborate with the store team to execute visual strategies and store presentations

Requirements

• Proven visual merchandising experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience owning and implementing visual strategies, window installations, and special events
• Experience with ready-to-wear (RTW), leather goods, and accessories
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
