Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Dolce & Gabbana brand image for retail store and wholesale door locations.
- Facilitate and execute global merchandising directives and guidelines for all East Coast retail stores.
- Communicate merchandising and window information to all store locations.
- Facilitate and execute window programs applicable to US markets.
- Compile monthly Visual Reports for all Flagship locations.
- Manage and support 3 East Coast Visual Managers, including store rotations, schedules, communication, and rollout of global initiatives.
- Support all new store openings and special events, including Alta Moda.
- Oversee and approve Visual budget, including travel, shipping/receiving, visual inventory, and installations.
Requirements- 8-10 years of visual merchandising experience in both corporate and multi-unit retail settings.
- High School Degree or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software.
- Capability of understanding customer trends and formulating business strategy through collection portfolio management.
- Ability to build and lead teams through direct or indirect reporting lines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury, accessible luxury, and accessories.
- Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Client orientation with the capability of understanding customer trends and strategically driving business strategy.
