Summary
Full-time internship from January 2026 until May 2026 supporting Visual Operations, Windows and Special Projects, and Senior Visual Merchandising management on creative executions, collection launches, and VM department operations. The role involves hands-on support for window installations, pop-ups, store events, and coordination with global teams and local vendors, alongside administrative tasks such as calendars, inventories, budgets, and reports.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of window concepts, pop-ups, pop-ins, collection events, and store openings.
- Assist with calendar updates, installation tracking, and creation of photo reports.
- Help manage creative asset inventories, tool orders, and VM documentation organization.
- Provide on-site hands-on support during installations and special events in the New York market.
- Assist with VM budget updates and invoice collection and submission for props and tools.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution for new tool introductions and store implementations.
- Support delivery of collection events including in-store trunk shows and offsite collaborations.
- Collaborate with Store Planning and local VM team on openings, renovations, and touch ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress.
- Visually oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and team collaboration ability.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, goal oriented, and takes initiative.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent computer skills and Adobe user proficiency.
