Summary

The Visual Merchandising Lead is responsible for ensuring consistent, high quality and sophisticated visual merchandising across product categories to enhance the client experience. This role supports business strategy through leadership of visual execution including window installations and event displays while training and collaborating with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Manage store zoning and product rotations to maximize business opportunities
• Select and arrange key products for optimal display
• Lead window product changes and installations
• Collaborate with store team on visual aspects of business events
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques
• Ensure consistency and quality of visual merchandising implementation
• Support execution of special events and seasonal visual plans

Requirements

• Experience in a multiunit visual merchandising role
• Proven ability to lead visual execution in a fast paced retail environment
• Experience with ready to wear leather goods and accessories
• Demonstrated ability to own and implement visual merchandising strategies and standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and collaborate effectively with store teams
