- Adjust merchandising approaches based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Plan and implement regular store zoning and rotations.
- Communicate corporate directives and ensure consistency of visual presentation.
- Collaborate with store managers to maintain visual standards.
- Manage products, including preparation and installation.
- Assess store maintenance to maintain luxury retail standards.
- Manage prop inventory, including reordering and disposal.
- Communicate visual merchandising plans and provide training.
- Partner with teams for new store openings, renovations, and relocations.
- Coordinate window installations and product rotations.
- Identify and mentor employees with visual merchandising strengths.
- Train and develop store employees on visual standards.
- Facilitate onboarding for new store leaders.
- Maintain a high-level standard of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of multi-store retail visual merchandising experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a global company and matrix organization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Technologically adept with proficiency in Microsoft tools and Adobe software.
- Physical ability to perform occasional lifting and moving of merchandise and props.
