Responsibilities- Maintain visual standards with attention to detail according to global directives for each location.
- Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns as directed by the VP of Visual Merchandising.
- Execute window changes (overnight) and floor changes.
- Re-merchandise according to sell-through and product launches.
- Partner with Boutique teams to maintain visual standards.
- Upload store and project photos to internal VM app for corporate approval.
- Be an integral team member for store openings and special events.
- Oversee and organize props inventory.
Requirements- 2-3 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Strong planning, organization, creativity, and originality skills.
- Ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments.
- Ability to communicate strategically across all levels of the organization.
- Strong follow-through skills.
- Ability to develop and train store management teams, build relationships, and utilize skills of workforce most appropriately.
- Ability to follow the company’s policies and procedures.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
- Ability to travel as needed.
