Job Description

Summary

The Visual Merchandising Team Lead for the SoHo boutique is responsible for executing and maintaining Moncler’s visual merchandising standards to deliver an elevated brand presentation that supports storytelling and commercial performance. This hands-on leader translates global and regional direction into in-store execution, supports the Store Director, and provides day-to-day guidance to the store team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute global and regional visual merchandising guidelines, including seasonal campaigns, floor sets, windows, mannequins, fixtures, and signage.
  • Provide guidance, training, and onboarding to store teams on product presentation and visual standards.
  • Act as the in-store visual expert partnering with the Store Director and Regional Visual Merchandising Manager; communicate feedback and support regional initiatives.
  • Perform floor moves, installations, and visual updates while following safety and operational procedures.
  • Align visual merchandising with business priorities to optimize product flow, density, sell-through, and support peak periods and client activations.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail, with strong hands-on store experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead by example and influence without direct authority.
  • Highly organized with strong collaboration and communication skills; technologically proficient with retail systems and reporting tools.
  • Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional NYC market travel; ability to work additional hours for store openings, seasonal resets, and events.
