Responsibilities- Manage VM order processing for display materials and campaign decorations for Boutiques, including Wholesale accounts across various regions.
- Execute quarterly window installations and in-store product launches, supporting the Caribbean region in line with seasonal creative schemes and global VM guidelines.
- Create External Boutique microzoning plans for each product launch and rotation guide.
- Ensure stores are rotated every 4 weeks, reflecting local business needs and product focus.
- Create visually strong displays aligned with global VM strategy.
- Deliver VM training for store teams, including seasonal leather guide books and VM principles.
- Support regional projects, including new store openings, events, and market tradeshows.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Regional Sales teams for seasonal launches and product priorities.
- Adapt quickly to changing market needs in line with business growth.
Requirements- Previous luxury retail experience within the leather and accessories industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of visual merchandising field experience required.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Digital Photography.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong operations, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
- Proven track record in coordinating and executing projects and training.
- Extensive travel requirements, traveling 50% of the week.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
