Visual Support Associate

Summary

The Visual Support Associate provides hands on visual merchandising and store presentation assistance to maintain brand standards and enhance the customer experience. This role supports the store team with visual resets, product styling, and upkeep of displays through regular collaboration with store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards
• Assist with setting up displays and rotating seasonal fixtures
• Style product presentations and ensure signage is accurate
• Perform regular floor maintenance and merchandising corrections
• Support inventory organization and merchandise replenishment
• Coordinate with store management on visual projects and timelines
• Assist with receiving and staging merchandise for displays

Requirements

• Prior retail or visual merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends
