Summary

The Visual Support Associate provides in-store visual merchandising assistance and operational support to maintain brand presentation standards and enhance the customer experience. This role partners with store leadership and visual teams to implement displays, signage, and floor sets across the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and maintenance of visual displays and fixtures.
• Implement floor sets and merchandising directives from visual leadership.
• Ensure signage and promotional materials are accurate and well presented.
• Maintain neat stockrooms and organize merchandise for visual needs.
• Support store team during events and daily operational tasks related to presentation.
• Perform regular audits to uphold visual standards and report issues.
• Coordinate with inventory and receiving to stage items for displays.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or visual merchandising experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and presentation.
• Ability to lift and move display fixtures and merchandise.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with store teams.
• Flexible availability to support store needs including weekends and peak periods.
