Summary
Senior HR leader responsible for architecting and executing global and local people strategies to support business objectives, lead HR transformation, and foster a high performing inclusive culture across corporate and retail environments. Role partners with senior leadership to drive talent, workforce planning, change management, and people analytics while serving as a strategic advisor and coach.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR business partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Develop and execute talent strategy including workforce planning, succession planning, and employee experience.
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new HR initiatives across corporate and retail settings.
- Build and develop a high performing HR team and provide coaching and mentorship.
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal partners and group stakeholders to align HR programs.
- Leverage people analytics and HR digital systems to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Ensure HR strategies are legally compliant and aligned with business goals.
- Implement DEI initiatives and promote career mobility within the organization.
- Oversee HR operations and global initiative execution locally.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a human resources leader in multidisciplinary roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
- Proven experience as a change agent with strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated HR generalist expertise across talent acquisition, performance, compensation, and employee relations.
- Experience in beauty or fast paced retail environments preferred.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics for evidence based HR decisions.
- Experience leading HR transformation and large scale initiatives.
