Job Description

Summary

Senior HR leader responsible for driving the human resources agenda across the Americas, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team and ensuring employee experience aligns with brand standards. Role oversees employee relations, talent acquisition and development, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and team development. Position is based in New York with responsibility for US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil and requires travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to provide HR strategy and trusted advice
  • Manage employee relations case management and policy interpretation
  • Lead talent attraction and acquisition for store and head office roles
  • Support performance and talent management cycles and development plans
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to build an inclusive culture
  • Plan workforce needs and manage personnel costs versus budget
  • Drive compensation processes including annual salary reviews
  • Ensure HR administration compliance with labor regulations and maintain HR data
  • Provide management and guidance for the HR team and foster a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership, ideally in retail or luxury fashion
  • Strong employee relations and case management skills
  • Experience with talent acquisition, performance management and learning development
  • Ability to analyze figures and capture relevant HR data
  • Excellent planning, organization, persuasion and communication skills
  • Digital savvy and comfort with HR systems and analytics
  • Ability to conceive and drive projects and change initiatives
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to visit regional markets
