Summary
Senior sales executive responsible for leading all commercial activities across LATAM Caribbean Cruise Ships and Travel Retail Americas with accountability for revenue growth, cash operating profit, brand positioning and multi-channel sales strategy in the luxury watches category.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 360-degree wholesale and retail sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive multi-channel revenue across retail wholesale e-commerce and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Lead matrixed teams with direct and functional reporting across the region.
- Oversee forecasting budgeting performance tracking and profitability management.
- Design distribution and go-to-market strategies including account openings and closures.
- Strengthen clienteling VIP relationship management and brand representation at events.
- Use data analytics to optimize pricing inventory demand forecasting and assortment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing merchandising finance and operations.
- Assess market trends and identify geographic expansion and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or related field MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years experience in sales leadership within the luxury industry.
- Proven track record in multi-channel sales retail wholesale e-commerce and DTC.
- Experience operating in matrix organizations with direct and functional reporting.
- Strong strategic planning negotiation and business development skills.
- Analytical skills to assess competitive positioning market trends and KPIs.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
