West Coast Field Trainer

Summary

The West Coast Field Trainer delivers hands-on training and coaching across Saint Laurent retail stores. The role partners with store leaders and the Retail Training & Client Experience team to strengthen team capabilities, client experience, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training on product knowledge, client experience, selling techniques, operations, policies, and brand history.
• Coach teams on the sales floor and develop store leaders' coaching capabilities.
• Coordinate regional training schedules, store meetings, new store opening support, and onboarding sessions.
• Monitor training tools and follow up with participants and store management to support continued development.
• Travel throughout the West Coast region and provide support during peak business periods and special events.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in luxury fashion sales, leadership, or a related role.
• At least 2 years of experience in training facilitation, coaching, or talent development.
• Strong coaching, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt training to business needs and team dynamics and manage travel and training budgets responsibly.
• Availability for frequent regional travel, regular weekends, and flexible support during peak retail periods.
