West Coast Regional Visual Merchandising Manager

The West Coast Regional Visual Merchandising Manager at Loro Piana is responsible for maintaining the brand image through exceptional visual merchandising across retail and wholesale channels. This role involves leading a team of Area Visual Merchandising Managers, ensuring alignment with global and local strategies, and fostering relationships within corporate, retail, and wholesale markets.

• Implement and reinforce visual merchandising guidelines across all locations.
• Conduct store visits to launch collections, refresh displays, and assess standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align merchandising initiatives with business objectives.
• Meet weekly with leadership to define responsibilities and priorities.
• Partner with managers to deliver high-visibility special projects.
• Lead weekly meetings with area managers to align on business results and strategies.
• Manage and execute windows and VM rotations in top locations.
• Adapt global guidelines to achieve extraordinary displays.
• Develop relationships within the wholesale channel to sustain brand expectations.
• Ensure accountability for exceptional VM maintenance and store environments.
• Identify and manage VM training opportunities.
• Develop visual strategies for key markets during peak seasons.

• 5-8 years of experience in visual merchandising and window styling.
• Multiple-store management experience within retail, outlet, and wholesale.
• Team leadership and people development skills.
• Luxury experience desired.
• Creative experience in styling, merchandising, or art.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Travel up to 75%; driver’s license and valid passport required.
