Wholesale Intern

As a Wholesale Intern at Bottega Veneta, you will gain valuable experience within a luxury brand, supporting the Senior Sales Manager in New York. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills and knowledge that will be beneficial for your future career.

• Conduct weekly and monthly reporting and analysis on style, account, and door selling.
• Track purchase orders and update shipping logs on a weekly basis.
• Assist in the preparation and support for quarterly selling campaigns, including scheduling, order entry, and order confirmations.
• Manage samples, online copy, and provide general administrative support.
• Enhance Bottega's presentation and sales in department stores through market expertise and competitive analyses.

• Proficiency in Excel, including managing large data sets with vlookups and pivot tables.
• Strong strategic communication and writing skills, along with PowerPoint proficiency.
• Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 24 hours a week in the NYC corporate office.
• Must be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
