Responsibilities- Assist in managing relationships with existing clients, communication, and account care.
- Support the team in product knowledge, assortments, and delivery fulfillment.
- Assist in organizing buying sessions and ensuring partner attendance.
- Help with EDI processes, quality claims, and vendor returns.
- Maintain coop files, schedule appointments, and manage sample trafficking.
- Support sales for DSM and manage the Paris schedule and fashion show requests.
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and analyzing regional markets.
- Support the expansion plan implementation for LATAM and Mexico.
- Ensure high-quality presentation within wholesale accounts.
- Network and build business relations with regional locations.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
- 1-2 previous internships in Fashion Wholesale.
- Basic knowledge of retail business and markets.
- Good analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to travel if necessary.
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and customer service.
- Ability to work in a team environment and strong organizational skills.
