Windows Development Manager

As the Windows Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of qualitative window design and production for installation across multiple locations. You will contribute to the overall department strategy, ensuring that the program achieves superior outcomes through cooperative relationships across the organization.

• Manage and organize multiple rollout projects by establishing a structured calendar with defined deadlines.
• Select and manage creative partners in developing window projects, providing necessary guidance and feedback.
• Coordinate with the Paris windows team to align with the windows communication strategy of the House.
• Manage the design process, converting designs to working dimensional form while respecting original intents.
• Guide production partners in meeting budget demands while preserving quality and design generosity.
• Review the production process and provide feedback to improve future projects.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in windows design, prop production, or related field.
• High level of attention to detail and proven excellence at meeting deadlines and budget goals.
• Strong technical background, including familiarity with 3D modeling.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
