Wine Vault Host

As a Wine Vault Host at RH, you will play a crucial role in leading the front-of-house guest experience and fostering relationships with local partners. You will provide exceptional customer service to all guests while maintaining an organized and functional space.

• Engage every guest at the Wine Vault with enthusiasm, delivering world-class service.
• Provide friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive service in greeting, processing waitlist requests, and seating guests.
• Be knowledgeable about all beverage offerings and explain menu items.
• Act as a campus liaison for cross-functional partners.
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the Wine Vault, maintaining the facility's integrity.
• Provide feedback on guest comments or complaints to Leadership.
• Maintain Wine Vault cleanliness and efficiency proactively.

• 2+ years of hospitality experience in a luxury setting preferred.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Articulate, polished, energetic, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Reliable and responsible.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Appreciation, knowledge, or passion for wine.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
