Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, styling expertise, and digital outreach. Role is onsite and uses technology and omni-channel tools to service clients both in-person and remotely while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through personalized service and outreach
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
• Use digital tools social media and store technology to engage clients and drive sales
• Sell using omni-channel and fleetwide inventory including remote selling
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize to increase productivity through outreach and technology usage
• Create a collaborative positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling fashion and fashion retail
• Experience using technology to sell to clients and perform digital outreach
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
