Summary
The Women's Senior Sales Professional drives sales and delivers exceptional client experiences on the sales floor. This role builds and nurtures customer relationships, leverages product knowledge and virtual selling tools, and consistently works to exceed individual sales goals. The position requires strong hospitality and styling skills and supports store operations and events.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening and assisting customers to exceed expectations.
- Create memorable in-store experiences and elevate customer interactions through styling and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain client correspondence to grow relationships and drive repeat business.
- Drive full-price volume across product pillars and meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Use technology and virtual selling tools for client outreach and to showcase the full product assortment.
- Support inventory management, special events, store opening and closing duties and other projects as needed.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to store presentation and grooming standards.
Requirements
- Relevant retail sales experience preferred with demonstrated selling success.
- Strong written and verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and the brand.
- Proficient computer skills preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, Outlook).
- Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained.
