Workday Systems Analyst 2

Summary

The Systems Analyst 2 supports and improves HR technology systems, including Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Paradox. The role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain reliable systems, accurate data, and efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support system updates, testing, troubleshooting, and configuration of Workday modules.
• Conduct audits, validations, mass data uploads, and foundational data maintenance.
• Optimize ServiceNow HRSD workflows and monitor case resolution metrics.
• Enhance Paradox tools and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HRIS, systems analysis, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Workday configuration and administration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD, Paradox, or similar HR technologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft tools, plus strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
