- Ensure compliance with quality standards, project timelines, and gemological requirements.
- Expedite repairs of complex precious-metal jewelry pieces.
- Communicate effectively with the Manager regarding project status and issues.
- Identify potential barriers to meeting completion timelines.
- Support departmental objectives and deliverables, including setting and jewelry tasks.
- Maintain professional conduct and promote safety in a team environment.
Requirements- 5+ years of bench experience with high-end and one-of-a-kind jewelry.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with diverse materials and gemstones/diamonds.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Professional work ethic and compliance with company policies.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Experience with jewelry repairs and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work overtime or modified schedules as needed.
