Job Description
We are a growing NYC-based luxury women's ready-to-wear brand known for our attention to detail, impeccable design, and timeless aesthetics. Our West Hollywood location, representing our dedication to quality and sophistication, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of 4 ensuring excellence in customer service.
- Drive team performance through effective communication, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, creativity, and collaboration.
Sales & Customer Relationship
- Drive sales targets, ensuring the store meets its monthly and annual goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Use expert knowledge of our products to offer tailored suggestions and styling solutions to clients.
Strategic Growth
- Develop strategies to grow the store's client base and deepen client relationships.
- Cultivate relationships with stylists, influencers, and fashion insiders in the West Hollywood area.
- Organize and participate in in-store events, pop-ups, or partnerships to drive brand visibility and sales.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store aesthetics meet brand standards.
- Handle any escalated customer service issues with grace and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the head office on marketing, promotional strategies, and product feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury or contemporary women's RTW sales.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably managing small teams in a retail setting.
- Must be a sales driver with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Established relationships with stylists and a network in the fashion industry.
- Experience in growing business for niche luxury brands.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and the luxury market.
