Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and managing the sales floor.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Communicate effectively with the European headquarters to ensure alignment with brand standards and strategies.
- Support and develop team members through coaching and training initiatives.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clientele, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Ensure impeccable product presentation and maintain the store’s aesthetic standards at all times.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with the team to optimize stock levels and merchandising displays.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven managerial experience within the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong operational and process-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in eclectic, design-driven luxury brands or relevant design studies.
- Balanced commercial acumen combined with creative flair.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and inspire a diverse team.
- Highly organized, capable of anticipating needs and adapting to challenges.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and responsibilities.
- Proficient in digital tools and retail management systems.
- Fluent in Dutch, with conversational skills in French and English.
- Strong appreciation for architecture, exhibits, and museums to engage and inspire customers.
- Ability to maintain an inclusive and positive team culture.
