Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our retail store located in Los Angeles. Your role will involve ensuring the store meets its sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

• Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support the General Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
• Assist in training and developing store staff.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
