Responsibilities- Ensure Client Advisors deliver the Fendi Client Journey to every individual and support them with consistent mentoring.
- Set individual and team goals, and sales targets; proactively assess and handle performance against expectations.
- Identify, recruit talent and secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Implement Development Plans for high potential talent and lead the team to drive business.
- Drive sales within category and across the store, supporting the team in building long term Client relationships.
- Establish a Client-centric mentality in store to ensure the highest level of Client experience.
- Communicate and encourage the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information.
- Develop and implement action plans to boost business and improve product performance.
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales and clienteling leadership to the team.
- Ensure business opportunities are improved through efficient sales floor management and client hosting.
- Ensure policies, standards and Fendi procedures are communicated and implemented.
- Be accountable for inventory management of respective product categories.
- Support Store Manager in staff planning ensuring the best match to traffic.
- Ensure there is a business strategy behind visual merchandising moves and participate in floor rotations with VM team.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build client relationships.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic action plans.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising strategies.
