Jillian Pascual began her journey in the fashion industry more than 15 years ago in Dallas, where she learned the business from the ground up through the Neiman Marcus Executive Development Program. That experience launched her into travel retail, bringing her to New York City regularly for market. It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the city’s energy and make the move permanent. For the past decade, Jillian has built her career on the brand side of the business, working across buying, merchandising, and wholesale for renowned luxury houses including Brunello Cucinelli and Etro. These experiences gave her an insider’s perspective on what it takes to build and grow successful luxury brands. More recently, Jillian relocated to the Washington, D.C. area to begin a new chapter with Brobston Group. Transitioning into executive search has been a natural extension of her career, allowing her to leverage her deep industry knowledge to help professionals advance their careers while connecting exceptional talent with the world’s leading luxury brands.
