Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing the full cycle recruitment strategy, with a focus on engineering and technology candidates. The person holding the position works in partnership with members of management to anticipate changing recruitment needs and respond to them by finding the best talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes to achieve various hiring objectives
  • Employ research data and methods to deliver new approaches to hiring international talent in our new markets
  • Track key indicators to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process and to optimize it strategically
  • Propose, execute and record the different methods to increase the quality as well as the number of applications
  • Together with the managers of the talent acquisition team, develop and implement strategic measures to recruit a diverse range of talent
  • Work collaboratively with managers to fully understand recruitment needs and ensure candidates are assessed on the right vouchers
  • Conduct research and explore new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies and marketing strategies
  • Update applicant tracking and interview system
  • Build candidate channels and contact them regularly for future needs
  • Build a knowledge base from research on trending industry topics
  • Mentor junior member of the team
  • Participate in key projects
  • Optimize your training and professional development by participating in courses supported by the company

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology recruitment (such as software development, data, automation/operations, quality assurance, product management, cloud computing, mobile development, devops, security, networks)
  • Previous work experience with agencies an asset
  • In-depth knowledge of implementing recruitment marketing strategies
  • Fluent in English and French both orally and in writing
  • The candidate must be located in Greater Montreal
