Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk at Breitling USA, Inc will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable process, T&E report, and weekly pay run. The role involves communicating internally and externally with managers to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

• Monitor AP mailbox.
• Process invoices including scanning, coding, and sending invoices for approval.
• Handle weekly pay run in a timely manner.
• Process monthly expenses via accounting reimbursed expense software.
• Assist with corporate credit card processing.
• Assist with AP audits processing.
• Assist with year-end 1099 filing.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• 1 year of experience working in accounts payable or in an accounting department.
• Associate’s degree or BS/BA with a major in accounting preferred.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and Concur.
• Experience with major accounting software packages such as SAP.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
