Job Description

Summary

As an Administrative Assistant at Tiffany & Co., you will support the operational and administrative needs of the Global Creative department, primarily assisting the Vice President and team. Your role will involve managing calendars, coordinating invoices and expenses, overseeing office management, and organizing meetings and budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Vice Presidents, managing daily calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate major executive meetings and book comprehensive domestic and international travel.
  • Arrange and prepare comprehensive team meetings and support presentations by creating/updating PowerPoint slides.
  • Manage office supplies, deliveries, and shared materials across departments.
  • Send communications to department staff and leaders from the Vice Presidents.
  • Track departmental vacation schedules and manage expense reports and invoices.
  • Oversee onboarding of incoming staff and consultants and submit IT and facilities requests.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative experience supporting a team and senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, business writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven mastery in Microsoft Office Applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Deadline-driven with flexibility and superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to resolve problems without close supervision.
  • Strong interest in creative development and production is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree and experience with Coupa are preferred.
