Job Description

Summary

As an Administrative Support Associate at our 59th Street location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate office. You will provide essential administrative support to various departments, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
