Responsibilities- Initiate and coordinate international assignments and relocation processes, including vendor management.
- Provide authorization details to vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on the end-to-end assignment process flow.
- Manage immigration processes, including visa document coordination.
- Serve as a concierge for executive mobility assignments.
- Manage the day-to-day budget for global mobility and related assignments.
- Coordinate global tax reconciliation payments and commence assignment allowances with payroll partners.
- Maintain accurate records of employee assignment data.
- Prepare assignment-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of executive compensation data.
- Assist with benchmarking surveys and market analysis.
- Provide ad-hoc support for the annual merit and bonus processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
- Maintain confidential employee data.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate quarterly team gatherings.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
