As an After Sales Service Associate at Maison Madison Flagship, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional after sales service in a luxury environment. You will be responsible for managing customer-owned merchandise repairs, ensuring a seamless process from intake to final delivery, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

• Receive and oversee customer-owned merchandise repairs across all métiers.
• Analyze products to identify repair needs and possibilities.
• Orchestrate all elements of the after sales process, including repair process, lead times, costs, and client communication.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, craftspeople, vendors, and Paris After Sales.
• Ensure proper completion of repair forms and consistent follow-up with clients.
• Log and process repairs using Excel and After Sales Service systems.
• Examine products post-repair to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Process repair transactions and liaise with the back of house team.
• Participate in product training to enhance product knowledge.
• Communicate quality issues with the After Sales Service Manager.

• 0-3+ years of related experience in after sales or a luxury environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and discretion.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of French language is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
