Responsibilities

• Perform alterations, repairs, hemming, and garment finishing using sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques.
• Conduct fittings, take accurate measurements, and advise customers on fit and alteration options.
• Operate and maintain sewing and pressing equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Document and track work orders, garment status, and customer requests.
• Provide attentive customer service and resolve basic fit or alteration concerns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in garment alterations or tailoring.
