Summary

The Alterations Associate performs garment alterations and fittings according to client needs and company quality standards. The role partners with sales associates to provide attentive service and ensure accurate, clear garment markings.

Responsibilities

• Mark garments accurately to ensure alterations are performed properly.
• Complete alterations and special customer requests to company quality standards.
• Partner with sales associates to provide exceptional service during client fittings.
• Ensure markings are clear and concise for other tailors and follow the PRL system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related alterations experience, including fitting experience.
• High-end retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy, precision, and organization.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
