Part time alterations associate providing tailoring and garment modification services at the Stanford Shopping Center location. Responsible for delivering high quality workmanship while maintaining customer service standards and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

Perform garment alterations and repairs with precision and attention to detail.Take accurate measurements and consult with customers on fit and style adjustments.Operate sewing machines and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain work area, tools, and equipment in clean orderly condition.Manage alteration tickets and track job progress to ensure timely completion.Collaborate with sales staff to coordinate customer orders and fittings.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on alteration requests.

Requirements

Previous experience in garment alterations tailoring or sewing role.Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and hand sewing techniques.Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.Good customer service and communication skills.Ability to work part time hours including weekends and peak retail periods.
