Summary

Provide customer-focused alterations and store support by managing alteration requests, operating standard alterations equipment, and delivering timely resolutions to customer issues while collaborating with the Alterations and Store Team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions and alteration needs
• Use store technology to manage and organize alteration orders
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely effective resolutions
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations
• Maintain organization and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Safely operate standard alterations equipment
• Work a flexible schedule based on department needs

• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android
