Provide customer-focused alterations and store support by assisting customers with transactions, operating alterations equipment, and using store technology to manage alteration needs while maintaining organized and timely service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions and alteration requests
• Provide a seamless and friendly customer experience
• Use store technology to manage and organize alteration jobs
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to meet customer expectations
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain organization and prioritize multiple tasks and requests
• Operate standard alterations equipment safely

Requirements

• Ability to build effective relationships with customers peers and leadership
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android
• Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and safely operate alterations equipment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
