SummaryThe Analyst - Global Reporting and Analytics will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and distributing key performance reports and dashboards within the Sourcing function. This role focuses on data-driven insights to monitor and analyze supplier performance, cost trends, and sourcing KPIs. The Analyst will support strategic projects and work closely with stakeholders across Sourcing, Finance, and senior management teams to provide timely, accurate, and actionable reporting to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities- Generate and distribute monthly KPI reports to stakeholders, including supplier cost uploads and overall sourcing efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using PowerBI to track sourcing performance metrics.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting requirements and expectations.
- Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable insights.
- Analyze supplier performance trends and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Support Product Development activities by managing supplier costs data.
- Identify opportunities to improve data reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to streamline data collection processes.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by adhering to workplace safety policies.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with PowerBI and/or other advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of sourcing principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and critical thinking.
