Summary
The Sales Analyst for the Core US team collects, analyzes, and interprets sales data to provide actionable insights supporting strategic decision making. This role prepares reports and dashboards, identifies trends, supports forecasting and planning, and collaborates with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze sales data from CRM systems, sales databases, and market research
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for senior management and sales teams
- Present findings and recommendations using visual aids such as charts and graphs
- Support weekly orders forecasting and assist in sales planning and target setting
- Evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies and monitor KPIs for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align strategies
- Ensure CRM data integrity and train sales team on CRM usage and data entry
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel, SAP BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar data tools
- Experience with CRM systems and maintaining data accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
