SummaryThe Analyst for Product Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of product projects, including new product introductions from sample creation through launch. Responsibilities- Manage and facilitate new product sign-off process and coordinate with cross-functional teams to project completion.
- Coordinate Quality Assurance inspections and communicate feedback to vendors.
- Create and maintain Product Development Timeline Plans and distribute monthly.
- Oversee product sample management, including inventory control, studio archive cataloging, and vendor shipments.
- Track and process sample invoices for vendor payment.
- Coordinate stone requests with Diamond Division and Gems Acquisition teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely sign-offs and launch adjustments.
- Manage E-commerce photography coordination and support merchandising and product development aspects.
- Coordinate PR requests and manage sample and stock shipments for special events.
Requirements- Prior Merchandising or Retail experience, preferably in a luxury branded product.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with ability to learn new software.
- Undergraduate College degree.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Gemstone knowledge or Graduate Gemologist preferred.
- Overall industry knowledge for product category preferred.
