Boutique Facilitator - Madison Avenue

As a Boutique Facilitator at Madison Avenue, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting various functions within the boutique to maximize client-facing time and enhance the overall client experience.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Support operations by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and support the opening and closing of registers.
• Handle administrative responsibilities, including answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.
• Facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique and manage inventory and shipping processes.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
