Seasonal Operations Associate - Short Hills

Summary

Seasonal Operations Associate supporting store operations during peak holiday period by handling merchandise flow and maintaining inventory accuracy while following safety procedures. Reports to an Operations Manager and works a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise for processing
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise for client shipment store transfer or distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in work areas
• Use retail and mobile technologies to support operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in an operations or warehouse role
• Able to use retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
