Analyst Retail Performance

As an Analyst in Retail Performance, you will be responsible for driving the performance and development of Americas boutiques through detailed reporting and analysis. You will collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance business performance and support the retail teams.

• Manage and distribute retail reports for corporate, regional, and boutique locations on a regular basis.
• Design and automate reports to monitor key performance indicators and retail initiatives.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and maintain a database for competitive analysis.
• Communicate with store teams to understand business and market landscapes and drive revenue.
• Assist in the preparation of executive presentations for business reviews and market analysis.
• Manage retail incentives and compensation strategies, including ideation and implementation.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PowerBI.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems.
